Requirements

1. A high school diploma or the equivalent is the minimum requirement for admission

2. A person who will apply for an undergraduate or graduate degree in Hannam University

※ If there is a special reason, He or She has to get approval from Hannam and transfer to another school after 6 months(when his or her visa is expired)

    • Required documents (for D-4-1)

    • All documents must be translated into Korean or English.
    • All request documents should be submitted withing the application period. We strictly follow the schedule for submitting documents, so if you will apply for a D-4-1 visa, your documents should arrive our ofice whithn the application period.

    Required documents (Students from China)

      • Certificate of income (Only under the name of applicant or his/her parents)
    • 4 Certificate equivalent to South Korean family register issued by Chinese government organization
      • Copies of family registration certificate (all family members listed) and resident registration (including parents).
      • If applicant is separated from parents listed on register, a certificate of family relationship must be submitted.
    • 5 Submit the certificate issued by the Chinese government as follow: ▶ www.chsi.com.cn, www.cdgdc.edu.cn
    • 6 All documents must be translated into Korean or English.
    • 7 All request documents should be submitted withing the application period. We strictly follow the schedule for submitting documents, so if you will apply for a D-4-1 visa, your documents should arrive our ofice whithn the application period.

      Tuition payment (Payment must be
      made in applicant’s full name only)

      Receive Letter of Admission (EMS)

      Submit Visa Application Pakage to
      Korean Consulate General (D-4-1)

      Enter Korea & Level Test

    Refund

    If a student does cancel prior to the start of Korean Language classes, 100% of tuition fee will be refunded but except the application fee.

    • 1 Before class begins: 100% refundable
    • 2 Before issuing the certificate of admission : 100% refundable
    • 3 Date of we issue the certificate of admission ~ One week before class begins : 90% refundable(the admission fee is non-refundable)
    • 4 After one week before class begin ~ 10% of the total number of school days : 70% refundable (after that, non-refundable)
    • 5 Refund is available in the following cases
    • - A person whose departure has been confirmed due to unavoidable circumstances
    • - A person who has entered this school and has completed the change of visa
    • ※ The date is based on the date of submission of the refund application, and related certificates are required in ④cases
